Stelios is a consummate professional. From the moment he arrived to when he left, we had great service. The job was "only" to balance the heating system but Stelios took the time to sit down and actually listen to our needs and our problem. He then briefed the work thoroughly and gave a clear costing. Neat, tidy and you know its going well when the boot protectors are on before you have even had a chance to offer a cup of tea. It's great to now have a local trades person who shows the same respect for our own home as we do. Balancing a heating system requires a lot of tweaking and patience which was rewarded in the end... and our home now feels toasty all over. Not like the Sahara upstairs and the Arctic downstairs. A brilliant business! They installed a new boiler and radiators for us.They were punctual, friendly, polite and well presented. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly. They worked very hard in order to get the job done in the shortest time. They protected everything with covers and cleared any mess up every day. Everything in the house was put back exactly as it was when they first arrived, e.g. floor boards, doors, brickwork etc. The price was good and fitted in exactly with the 'Which' recommendations. I got very lucky when I decided that my leaking WC cistern was a bit too much for my capabilities. Stelios had been recommended on a local website, so I gave him a call.
